Home20 • Mobile Homes and Mobile Home ParksAdopted: 1976-03-01 A. When two (2) or more mobile homes are set up on a lot or in a mobile home park on a more or less permanent basis, service will be supplied under the conditions of the company's line extension Rule #9, and at the applicable residential rate schedule.
B. If the owner or operator of a mobile home park use space in a mobile home park or a certain portion of the mobile home park for overnight parking or parking for periods of less than ten days, such space or portion of the mobile home park (wash houses, office and other usage) shall be metered through one meter and billed to the owner or operator on the commercial rate schedule. C. In existing mobile home parks where the mobile home park owner or operator has purchased and installed meters for metering the individual mobile homes and meters meet the company's specifications, the company may purchase, for its own use, these meters at a mutually agreed upon price.
